Properly credit Nolan and the existing contributors #3

This must be done very clearly and openly so it's obvious that the majority of work has been done by Nolan and original contributors whilst also making it clear Nolan is not responsible for anything I decide to do.

I think probably best to message Nolan and see if there's anything additional he can think of that'd make him feel well credited as I've put it everywhere I can think of, within the application itself and in the source code README.

Once nice thing about keeping the fork relationship is it'll automatically come up with it in various places, cementing the legacy:

Spoke with Nolan and he seems happy so I'm going to close this out but will keep thinking of ways to credit those who contribute past and present.
