Set the VsToolsPath property to fix #141 #142

Looks like that attempt failed. Any idea how to make both AppVeyor and local builds work?

See comments in #141, unfortunately this is a tooling issue that Microsoft must resolve. It's not intended that Appveyor builds the sample correctly at the moment...but the alternatives are glitchy as well and need more love from the MSBuild team.

Going to close this out to cleanup - I'll keep an eye on it, but as seen in the build above, this breaks things as well (though it may fix you locally). Hopefully the build story on the Microsoft side evolves a bit to support everything.
