Wrong handler for exceptions.axd in Samples.MVC4 #39

I fixed a couple of spelling errors, and corrections to both web.config and the Home/Index view to address issue #29

Thanks! This isn't a case we use internally, it never got the proper love. I'll update the wiki as well.
