SSL Error when scraping all on heroku #24

OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server hello A: tlsv1 alert internal error

This happens in both heroku and locally. It didn't happen a few weeks to a month ago when i ran scrape all. Scrape fails 58 pages/scrapes after it begins on any date you choose. Also tested with calvin and hobbes website and the error never happens. Perhaps it's a penny-arcade server site restriction?
