Sick post. I feel a twinge of envy but then remember that I don't use a desk at all. I'm a "laptop on the couch" developer... is that crazy? Either way, I enjoyed reading how this monster came together. Looks great!

I think the "laptop on the couch" developer is way more functional than being dependent on a MEGA DESK. You can roll up to any cafe, cabin, or patio and start cranking out code. Thanks for taking a peak at the blog and fixing some typos!
