We have moved all the update logic into Utility. This allows us to utilize the update logic for all of the tools, making it very easy to apply to new ones as we move forward.
What this PR is
Allow a user to automatically download and restart their app, applying the update directly, instead of requiring them to download manually.
Mods that package HoloPatcher tend to become abandoned after awhile. Rather than requiring users to repeat the troubleshooting instruction 'make sure you download holopatcher from the latest website' having the ability to auto-update it prevents that headache.
