Gts.conf returns empty upon updating if freshly new #126

What is the bug? If you are updating to newly provided gts, the gts.conf file returns empty and blank.

What version of GTS are you running? GTS-Sponge-6.1.6 Impactor-Sponge-7.1.5-3.1.2 GTS-Extension-Reforged-6.1.6

What version of Sponge are you running? 1.12.2-2838-7.3.0

Provide a link to the file generated by /nucleus info This tells us more info about your environment.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Fresh install of gts 6.1.6, review the GTS.conf file, returns at 0kb and empty.

Expected behavior GTS.Conf file doesnt return empty and still provides configurative options.
