Enable Dependabot version updates #134

It would be nice to enable Dependabot version updates as well (perhaps as a switch?) along with Dependabot alerts and Dependabot security updates.

I thought this was possible 👀 you just have to set dependabotupdates in the .env on the ENABLE_ON key 👀

If you do this @sudhir-korde-tm does it not work? 👀
