HTTP Error 502.5 #1

When making a brand new project with this and after NPM INSTALL and NPM BUILD:DEV i get http ERROR 502.5 and cannot figure out why.

First of all, try to update the hosting environment (choose the ASP.NET Core/.NET Core: Runtime & Hosting Bundle, Runtime 2.1.5): link P.S. I updated the ASP.NET Core version to 2.1.5 due to vulnerability.

Please reply here, if your problem will be solved.

Thank you, It seemed as my runtime libaries where out of date :)
