Crash: Thralls/Recall #391

Thralls start with recall (don't know if they originally did in FA1), and using it results in a crash when it finally procs.

Yeah, they probably shouldn't get it, and using it shouldn't crash.

Easy fix largely due to excellent datafile future-proofing by @backwardsEric
