Tray icon bug/feature request #19

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set custom colors for two different audio devices.
2. Use default Windows "playback devices" dialog to switch default device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Tray icon changes color.
Actual: Tray icon remains the same color.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC 2.0 - Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
If this is not a bug, consider it a feature request. It also may be related the
the previous issue I just created.

this is probably because currently audioswitch doesn't monitor default device
changes outside of it's own scope, ie system wide status changes. This will be
fixed once I make everything about device statuses and states based on the
system events - next RC will hopefully be totally rewritten using WPF instead
of winforms.
