RTL support #156

I'm using Gilder.js and I'll appreciate if you guys can add RTL support as many other sliders has.

This is an oft requested enhancement, but unfortunately there are no plans for it at the moment. I'd be happy to review any pull requests that attempted to tackle the issue though.

I need this functionality for my project, so I came up with a proposal, see PR #199
