Syncronization instead of importing implemented #27

Predecessor pull request https://github.com/Kong/insomnia/pull/6078

Insomnia doesn't allow to import existing resources anymore. Environments or API spec are excluded from import as well. In case if predecessor PR will be completed, these changes will restore plugin functionality
