Find solution for beam issue

Fix the lua vector calculations

The solution was never to implement jbeam. I had always had the thought that if I could only manipulate a prop in multiple dimensions, then I wouldn't need to do anything fancy with the jbeam - I had previously assumed that it could not be changed how props are handled, but as it turns out, props are actually updated within the vehicle lua, giving me free reign to do whatever I want.
