A lot of headers are missing for example WebCore and WebKit #103

- Install the toolchain
- Browse the "includes" directory, no dirs for WebCore, WebKit, AddressBook....

I asked Erica to package her header files up - you can add them to the existing 
ones
(I wouldn't overwrite/replace the existing ones):
