Shimeji characters do not remain on inactive windows #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open two browser windows.
2. Drop a Shimeji on top of the active window.
3. Switch focus to the inactive browser window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the Shimeji to remain on the inactive window. Instead it fell off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3, Windows 7.

This will become an increasing problem if non-browser windows are included.
