Update username to pomelo standard #189

Lots of commands use displayname or author name and some of them break now that Discord has changed from descriminator to pomelo. For example:

snuisel#0 has not registered a trainer code @McMomo snuisel#0snuisel#0 has not registered a trainer code @McMomo

Closing this, updated to latest 2.3, we still want to use display_name over global
