A new interaction for the NSFW Submod could be Monika asking the player which DDLC character they most likely would have a threesome with (Monika, Player, Other Club Member). The player may choose Sayori, Natsuki or Yuri and Monika will react accordingly.

I dont think Monika as-presented in MAS would be open to a threesome with any of the other girls.

I understand, but doesn't Monika have a kind of similar dialogue in the normal game? She says something along the lines of "Hey player... If it wasn't for me, which one of the other girls would you choose?".

There's a difference between "hey who would you have chosen to go out with" vs "who would you also like to have sex with"

If we were to have this, it would have to be a prompt that the player brings up, but even then I can only see Monika reacting negatively to the idea of the player wanting another girl involved.

We could go a middle-ground and introduce a topic where Monika discusses how some couples are open to having threesomes, and then she can bring up how she wouldn't do that because she wants the player all to herself, and herself only to the player. She can even ask the player's opinion, and depending on the answer will give unique dialogue.
