[Bug] recorded frames are off and rotated 90° in portrait mode #1181

Describe the bug When recording a screen oriented in portrait mode, the recorded frames are rotated by -90° and at an offset.

To Reproduce

  1. Pick portrait mode for your monitor
  2. Record some with ScreenToGif
  3. The recorded frames do not match the ScreenToGif recording window

Expected behavior The recorded frames match the ScreenToGif recording window

This is an issue with the recorder, it doesn't support monitors which are rotated.

I would like to extend this: The issues occurs if any monitor is in portrait mode. I got 3 monitors, 2 in portrait, 1 in landscape. When recording on the monitor which is in landscape it also happens.
