Boise is in the state of Idaho and it is charming with an awesome downtown vibe! Yes, my son would satisfy the requirements 😍

If your son's video is well stabilized and similar in quality to the other videos on the site, I see no reason not to add it! It would need to be uploaded to YouTube, though.
