Added gruvbox theme #11

I have added the gruvbox colour palette. If you could take a look at this https://github.com/ItsTerm1n4l/Prime and give me some feedback/how to improve it, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Also I am not sure if this program can really be packaged as a .deb, appimage or flatpak because it is really a python library at this point.
