Bptf buy order listing not being updated #431

Describe the bug Bp.tf buy order listings do not get updated when a price changes but sell orders do. Restarting the bot or using the command !update all=true fixes the issue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. List a buy order on an item
  2. Wait for the price to change
  3. Check listing

Expected behavior Buy order listings should be up to date with the prices in the pricelist.

Additional context The bot has bptf premium, I remember listings were up to date when it didnt have premium because the autobump feature of the bot relists the listing instead of bumping it.
