Option to block group invites/chats #445

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Group invites don't always provide a direct benefit to the user. A large number of group invites and chats can add unnecessary load to the bot.

Describe the feature you'd like An option to block invites to groups/group chats.

Describe alternatives you've considered Delete the accepted group invites individually.
