Changing intent doesn't remove listings #469

Describe the bug Changing intent for all items to buy doesn't remove sell orders.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add some items to bank;
  2. !update all=true&intent=buy;
  3. Buy orders are getting recreated, sell orders stay as they were.

Expected behavior The bot must remove sell orders when he's set to only buy items.
