Added CreateADGroup, SetADGroupDisplayName and SetADGroupDescription #31

I added CreateADGroup, SetADGroupDisplayName and SetADGroupDescription because our environment had a process that required the creation of AD groups for individual machines if an application ran on it and we needed a secure way to create the groups.
