Is libjingle dependent on visual studio 10?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build using the steps given in readme.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
>Build should succeed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
>Using visual studio 2005, Python 2.7, Srtp 1.4.0 (on windows)

Please provide any additional information below.
>Followed all the steps given in readme file(except the one which says to copy 
config.hw to config.h...couldn't find the config.hw file).But it has 
dependencies on files like netinet/in.h , stdint.h etc.
Came to know that netinet/in.h is available in Visual studio 2010...So will it 
build on visual studio 10 only??

On the download page, we've posted a srtp package, which will solve the 
config.hw problem. Here is the direct link.
