The old way no longer works, because there is no .dll file registered anymore.

Have to come up with a new API.

The new version has been released (2.0.4). It's going to be available in a 
couple of minutes. You can try to uninstall & reinstall to get it faster than 
Auto-update would deliver it to you.

A simple global variable called `CLICKONCE_EXTENSION_IS_INSTALLED` will be 
available on your page, if the extension is installed.
