MSVC build shared library #1

These changes allow Openslide to be built and used on Windows with Visual Studio as a shared library (dll).

Tested with Visual Studio 2019, v16.7.5.

Hi @martinfalk Thank you very much for this commit! I haven't tried all the MSVC build setups during my updates as I'm interested only in some minor applications for my work. Please tell me if you find any other issues.
