Changes

Updated README.md to fix grammar issues and edit building instructions
Built a BUILD.bat file for faster building
Made the stats options more easier to read so its all on one screen
When a stat is edited, it restarts the tool in case you want multiple stats edited
Removed the "ACH" options, no one really documented them yet so its safe to leave it out for right now
