QaVis grids on browser resize aren't invalidated #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw any graph with qavis that contains gridlines
2. Resize the browser window after the content has been rendered

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New gridlines and the old ones should be invalidated. Instead there is a mix of 
new and old 
gridlines leading to a "messy" grid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 1061 from trunk

You don't have this issue and other issues in NG, we recommend start using NG to
create charts (see branch), more stable, performing, complete, etc.
