Add header docs for MPOAuth framework classes #2

it would be very nice to have inline header docs for all of the public classes 
in the framework. I'm 
sure you're familiar with it, but I recommend using Doxygen. I had a lot of 
success with that in

I've never really been a fan of inline docs, but I do agree that some docs 
should exist

Thanks to chatting with @tolmasky and the @280north crew I now have a solution 
for documentation that won't 
require I dirty code up with header doc nonsense.
