Fix Icons with gnome 3.32 #6

A lot of icons were renamed and symlinks are broken. Can somebody please fix them? :-)

I have fixed the Moka side of this theme upstream. Have a look at my outstanding pull request. There is also gnome mpv which is another PR.

For Ubuntu I have pulled together this remade tarball with all the changes https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+sourcefiles/moka-icon-theme/5.4.0+20190320-0ubuntu1/moka-icon-theme_5.4.0+20190320.orig.tar.xz

Would you mind also fixing our theme?

What icons are not showing correctly. The index.theme file says that moka and then adwaita icons are the fallback if the icons aren't found in this icon theme.

Ubuntu budgie doesnt use arc icons ... we use Pocillo which falls back to moka then faba. Hence why I have fixed the moka icons upstream.

I just noticed: It might be a problem of the elementary icon theme, which I have packaged as fallback for archlinux. Maybe it really is not an arc problem at all.
