Add tag hierarchy management through a simpeler system, which could easily overview the hierarchy like with : http://www.webappers.com/2014/04/21/treed-a-powerful-tree-editor-with-drag-and-drop/

Didn't do drag and drop. #wontfix this till it's not managable anymore. Did an improvement on the tag management to make it easier ( showing parent and child tags + different ordering based on the left Bower and alphabeticly).

PS. Left bower is part of the "algorithm" used for the tag scheme

Partial reason of the #wontfix, is that a client doesn't require this feature anymore
