Integrate a Shallow API #20

An API that integrates makes it possible to add stuff without knowledge of some internal components.

Would be easier for crawlers to easily submit articles and/or crawl internal knowledge databases.

I expect some difficulty because of inconsistencies between the API-client and the front end. Mostly the custom fields integration and correct error handling.
