Field gets added multiple times because of parent - child relationship #3

When i add 2 tags, both children of a parent tag with an extra field eg. HTML-Editor, then the HTML field gets added twice, instead of once.

This behaviour seems to be incorrect, the HTML field should only be added once.

Only fetches unique properties now, duplicates are not allowed anymore
