Make it possible to navigate through similar posts #33

It should be possible for a tag like "course", that it can have a followup post and a previous post.

Users that liked the post, can get a notification when there is a followup post ( and therefor can be notified)

[ ] Followup posts should ALWAYS originate from the same domain.
[ ] Followup posts can be from the Tagly Site, but are submitted from the same user
