Payout contributors per post or share in a tag, without the commission fee.

The payout depends on the clicks / votes / subscriptions through a post ( --> Tag subscription) or the payments per post.

These parameters are set per site and per tag

Currently a % per site, except when the author is sponsored for content ( recurring subscription)
