Sometimes a site gets a duplicate creation somehow #62

When the site is timed out, for some reason. A duplicate copy of the current site appears and the posts / tags seem to be empty ( although all the data is still there)

Fixed. When a user registers to the website, a new website profile is created instead of using the existing one ( duplicates the values).
