Make it possible to translate or rename certain strings according to their context

Created a seperate table "Translations" that is dependable per site.

The default is ALWAYS a resource string. If the resource used is App.resx, then it can't be changed. Other strings like placeholders, ... can be changed in the "Translations" link/option when managing the site.

Eg. discuss can be changed to "What's your 5 cents" or "what's your opinion". Perhaps not all required strings can be translated yet, but i'll adjust this according as a experience any misconfiguration or required strings.

When adding a new Translation, the available strings are shown in a select box and the default value is shown as a placeholder in the value input.
