Add vote when registering #81

When people register ( while clicking an upvote), there vote up isn't registered

Implemented returnReferral besides returnUrl for return to a page when a client just logged in ( and got there through a vote). #partial fix because this isn't fully resolved when registering. Only when logging in ( but time is limited)
