A news portal, where the city can manage everything and get notifications.

[ ] Private notifications #76
[ ] Email ( immediate, daily, weekly) with notifications and changes #76
[ ] Translate fully in Dutch
[ ] Forgot password functionality #73
[ ] Extend Registration process with custom fields, make it possible to eg. send a newsletter, so they can enter a code and be validated.
[ ] Add gallery input option

Add workflow for:

[ ] News from local sites ( RSS feeds)
[ ] Request public repairs: Eg. Upload foto for a crack in the road.
[ ] Verification by the post, requirement: Address + birthdate + rijksregisternummer
[ ] Request permission for events
