Add tag synonyms #97

Some tags are the same ( eg. download vs downloads) or neural-net neural-network and neural-networks

Implement tag Synonyms to improve visibility of all tags

Added synonyms. There is one "main". The synonyms have the same Left, right and Depth bower, which would keep the hierarchy in order ( nested sets). This is done in the Stored Procedure.

Also, actions of a "synonym tag" aren't shown anymore ( since they should have the same functionality)
