This closes #110. It adds a Instance:SensitiveTwitterAccounts variable, which emulates Instance:UnlistedTwitterAccounts in terms of usuage, and will automatically mark all listed accounts as sensitive. It has been tested and confirmed working on my birdsite.nytpu.com instance.
