If we're going to rename the variables, I think it would make sense to choose names that better reflect their usage. While FollowersAllowListing is okay, a much better name might be PermittedFollowers. TwitterAccountsBlockListing might be more accurately called BlockedTwitterAccounts or maybe DisabledTwitterAccounts.
