The second link on this page has been dead for a while (scikits): https://github.com/NicolasHug/Surprise/blob/master/doc/source/index.rst

Thought it might be good to know as this page is sort of the intro to the whole project.

Thanks a lot for the report @seanhly , you're right, I guess it was updated to https://projects.scipy.org/scikits.html
