Makefile update #12

According to issue #10, where the requirements are:

[x] Create separate scripts for each service
[ ] Remove entr dependency to watch file changes and embed a .sh on the project, or use a Go tool.
[x] Create a script to run docker compose
[x] Dev script should run all the services and docker compose

I implemented the basic of items 1 and 4

Thanks for your contribution @meiazero, really appreciate it! I'm really busy at work, but as soon as I get some time will get back doing this and will call out some other good issues to contribute :)
