Conditional breakpoints - condition has no effect #243

Defining a breakpoint condition has no effect. I'm using emacs 28.0.50 (current HEAD) branch so it might be related. I tried to test that with emacs 26.3, and it worked as expected. Let me know if you want some more information or even help with debugging. Thanks!
