Not fully ready yet, but setting up PR because I'm getting close.

TODO 2/20:

[x] Upgrade flutter version, check for breaking changes
[ ] Debug mobile Game Over/Game Over New Entry flow (components staying on screen too long etc)
[x] Reset gameplay configs (!!)
[ ] Begin final refactor!
