How will we model the TNM Tumor Classification zib? #331

The TNMTumorClassification was introduced in 2020. There are numerous discussions about how to modulate this. Before we begin mapping it, we must first decide how it will be built:

Solution 1:

In conjunction with Condition, TNMTumorClassification is mapped to an observation resource.

Solution 2:

TNMTumorClassification is made up of several Observation resources.

Solution 3:

TNMTumorClassification is made up of one Observation resource, and the "sub" parts are mapped to the.component element.

The current zib should be regarded as "very beta" and probably be left out the zib2020/nl-core package. In the meantime, to get the needed feedback, we could make two implementation, one following the "US" approach and one following the "German" approach. This should then be regarded as a stand-alone project, without formal publications.
