What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using CallToPBX as my SIP provider
2. Logged in with the Siphon settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As soon as I dial out with 1-212-xxx-nnnn, it says "Call Ended" immediately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon-2.3rc4.deb iOS 4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

iPhone 3GS, 4.1, Jailbroken, Siphon-2.3rc4.deb
Please see the screenshots for settings.

What are the codecs ?

I did not change the codec settings on the app. I took the default.

But, from what I saw briefly, I have the same codecs setup on Siphon as I have
on my Linksys PAP2T.

Could you define the log level to detailed ? And we should be able to analyze
it.

Yes, I have set the log level to "detailed". What should I do now? How do I
collect the logs and email to you? Can you explain the process?

Or does the log get mailed to you automatically?

I just dialed a US number twice (1-202-xxx-nnnn)and the call ended immediately.

The log file should be in /var/mobile/Library/Siphon/

In the log file, you use g711u and g711a only (not gsm like your screenshot)
[line 464-466]. But I don't think is the problem.

Line 632, you received a message "Not Found", so I think there a problem on
server side. Maybe your SIP provide doesn't allow to call land phone number. Or
maybe you need to subscribe or to pay something.

samuelv0304,

I am using the exact same credentials with my SIP provider's (calltoPbx.com)
iPhone app. I am also able to use the exact same credentials on a Linksys PAP2
device and call numbers (landline and mobile) in several countries.

I have paid for this service and fully subscribed.
